Word or Phrase	Brush with, for example, egg
What it means	It's a bit like painting the pie, bun or whatever you are cooking. You usually use a pastry brush which is a brush with quite long hairs, but if you don't have one, you can use any clean brush. Dip it in the liquid ( usually something like beaten eggs, melted butter or sugar water) and paint the thing you are making.
